ITG is a technology-led provider of outsourced multichannel marketing services.

Working with many of the UK’s leading retailers and household names, ITG focuses on improving the efficiency of its customers’ complex marketing operations.

ITG helps global brands and retailers including Heineken, Audi and Puma to deliver their multichannel marketing more efficiently and effectively, utilising its proprietary software platform, “MediaCentre”. This platform enables ITG to automate and consolidate all of its customers’ operations, internal client teams and data with both ITG and third-party suppliers. Additionally, the platform acts as a centralised source of customers’ brand assets, which can then be used across online and offline formats, ensuring both brand consistency and compliance.

Formed through a merger of three Birmingham marketing agencies in 2009, ITG has over 550 employees operating from three UK sites, plus customer-facing offices in New York, Chicago, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Paris. Going forward, ITG plans to continue expanding its range of innovative online and offline marketing services, which include full digital services, eCRM, a 24/7 content creation studio, print management, strategic planning and creative.
